For AQX Express, dimensional weight is calculated as (Length × Width × Height in cm) / 5000, and billing is based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight. For AQX Economy+, shipments are billed strictly on actual scale weight with zero volumetric penalty (minimum chargeable weight 0.5 kg).
What items are restricted from shipping?
